Demand for new, state-of-the-art, luxury high-rise residences in Naples has been strong for many years... with no end in sight. There are several amenity-rich new projects currently available and under construction to meet the call.

Mystique at Pelican Bay
Construction of this new high-rise, which is located close to the beach at Pelican Bay, commenced in the summer of 2017 with completion expected in March, 2019. Construction of the second 11-story tower at AQUA at Pelican Isle, called Aqua Tower II, was completed in May, 2017. It is located adjacent to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples.
